During our next meeting on February 10th 2011 we will vote on the following amendment to the Bylaws:

INACTIVE MEMBERS:  Active or Associate Members who for MEDICAL REASONS retire completely from practice or functioning as a physician in any capacity, shall upon their written request, be granted status as Inactive Members pursuant to duly adopted resolution of Council.  Inactive members shall not pay dues.  The privilege of voting or holding office will require resumption of active status.”
